Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data SAVIENA collects, why, and how we use it. We try to keep it short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@saviena.app and we will explain.
The short version
- We collect contact info you give us (name, email, company, phone) and what you submit through our forms.
- We use it to follow up about SAVIENA, send you the resources you requested, and run our business.
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or marketers.
- We delete your data if you ask us to.
What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out our quiz, ROI calculator, discovery form, magnet download, webinar signup, or contact us, we collect: your name, email, company name, phone (optional), industry, revenue band, business challenges, and the responses you provide.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical info: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site. We use this to understand which content is useful and which is not. We use privacy-first analytics that do not track you across sites and do not use cookies for tracking.
How we use your data
- To respond to you. If you fill a form, someone from SAVIENA reads it.
- To send you what you asked for. Quiz results, PDFs, webinar access, proposal documents.
- To follow up about SAVIENA. If you became a lead or client, we may send you product updates, case studies, or relevant resources. Unsubscribe is one click from any email.
- To run our business. Customer support, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under strict agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose:
- Resend for sending email
- Twilio for SMS notifications
- Supabase for database hosting
- Stripe for payment processing (clients only)
- Vercel for website hosting
- Plausible for privacy-first analytics
We share data with law enforcement only when legally required and after notifying you, unless prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Leads that did not convert: 24 months from last interaction. Active clients: for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for legal and tax records. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what data we have about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it (we will, unless we have legal obligation to keep it)
- Export it in a portable format
- Unsubscribe from emails (one-click from any email footer)
- Opt out of analytics (use a browser that blocks trackers)

Children
SAVIENA is a B2B service for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy we will email every current client and post a notice on this page for 60 days before the change takes effect.
